摘  要:镍是最常见的金属致敏物之一,它普遍存在于地核以及土壤、水和空气当中。镍主要用于制造不锈钢,它同样存在于大多数饮食中,含镍食品被认为是普通人群镍暴露的主要来源。由于在不同区域土壤的镍含量之间存在差异,不同食品中镍的含量也有所不同。镍敏感人群食用含镍食品可以引起系统性过敏反应,即系统性接触性皮炎(systemic contact dermatitis,SCD),表现为手部汗疱症、泛发性皮炎、湿疹等。诊断镍引起的SCD可结合病史、临床表现及皮肤斑贴试验,必要时采取口服镍激发试验。选择低镍饮食能减少每天镍的总膳食摄入量,可明显缓解甚至治愈系统性接触性皮炎。Nickel is one of the most common metal sensitizers, which is commonly found in the core and soil, water and air. Nickel is mainly used in the manufacture of stainless steel, which is also presented in most diets, and nickel-containing foods are considered to be the main source of nickel exposure in general population. Due to differences in the nickel content of soil in different areas, the content of nickel in different foods is also different. Systemic allergic reactions can be caused by eating nickel-containing diet in nickel-sensitive people, such as systemic contact dermatitis (SCD), manifested as pompholyx, generalized dermatitis, eczema etc. Diagnosis of nickel-induced SCD can be confirmed by history, clinical manifestations and skin patch test, if necessary, oral nickel for challenge will be carried out. Choosing a low- nickel diet can reduce the daily total dietary intake of nickel, which can significantly alleviate or even cure systemic contact dermatitis.
