玄银清咽合剂的剂型改进及其临床应用

摘　　要：目的对玄银清咽合剂进行分析和剂型改进,验证玄银清咽合剂改进剂型后的清咽含化片治疗急性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月在内江市东兴区人民医院中医科门诊、耳鼻喉科门诊临床确诊为急性咽喉炎的患者200例为研究对象。中医科门诊患者100例为试验组,口服玄银清咽合剂改进剂型后的清咽含化片;耳鼻喉科门诊患者100例为对照组,口服西地碘含片,严重者根据情况酌情使用抗菌药物。用药1周,比较两组患者的临床症状和体征、咽喉部症状减轻情况及复发率有无差异。结果两组患者的临床症状和体征均有改善,试验组临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组;治疗前与治疗后两组患者的中医单项症候积分均有明显降低,且试验组患者治疗后中医单项症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。其中,咽黏膜充血症状改善最明显(P<0.01)。结论针对口服合剂携带、服用不便、容易变质的问题,经反复比较论证,对玄银清咽合剂改进剂型后制成清咽含化片具有比较明显的优势,适宜本病的治疗,更好地发挥作用,符合了现代中药制剂小、效、便的要求,达到了制备工艺科学合理、质量稳定可控、安全有效的目标。Objective Analysis and improvement of the dosage form of Xuanyin Qingyan mixture,the clinical curative effect of improved formulations of Xuanyin Qingyan mixture containing silver verification of tablets in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in Dongxing Neijiang District People＇s Hospital department of traditional Chinese medicine,Department of ENT clinic diagnosed as acute laryngitis in 200 patients.The outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine in 100 patients as the experimental group, oral administration of Qingyan buccal tablets;Outpatient Department of ENT patients 100 cases as control group,oral administration of Cydiodine Buccal Tablets,according to the serious as appropriate use of antibiotics.After 1 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs were improved, the clinical treatment of the total efficiency of experimental group was significantly better than the control group; before and after the treatment of TCM individual symptom scores were two groups were significantly decreased, and the test group patients of TCM syndrome integral single were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Among them, the pharyngeal mucous congestion symptoms improved most obviously（P〈0.01）.Conclusion For the oral mixture to carry,take the inconvenience and easy to deteriorate,after repeated comparison,made of Qingyan buccal tablets has obvious advantages,suitable for the treatment of this disease,better play the role of.The utility model meets the requirements of small,effective and convenient preparation of Chinese traditional medicine,and achieves the goal of scientific and reasonable preparation process,stable and controllable quality, safe and effective target.
