早期使用骨折治疗仪对四肢闭合骨折肿胀患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期使用骨折治疗仪治疗四肢闭合骨折肿胀患者的疗效。方法选取2014年10月至2016年10月我院收治的120例四肢闭合骨折肿胀患者作为研究对象,随机分为单纯组和联合组,每组60例。所有患者在入院后均进行常规处理,包括外固定支具的固定制动、止血与适当抬高患者的患肢等。单纯组患者给予β-七叶皂苷钠,联合组患者在单纯组治疗基础上应用骨折治疗仪进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗结果。结果联合组患者治疗的总有效率为95.0%,明显高于单纯组的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者斜径、周径均明显优于单纯组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论早期使用骨骼治疗仪会对四肢闭合性骨折肿胀的消退起到促进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of early treatment of fractures of extremities with closed fracture. Methods From October 2014 to October 2016,120 cases of patients with closed fracture of the extremities were randomly divided into two groups：the simple group and the combined group,each group had 60 cases.All patients underwent routine treatment after admission,including immobilization of external fixator,hemostasis,and proper elevation of the affected limb.The patients in the simple group were treated with sodium aescinate（seven）,and the patients in the combined group were treated with the treatment of fracture on the basis of the simple group,and the results were compared between the two groups.Results A group of patients with the total effective rate of treatment was 95%,significantly higher than the group 35%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;patients in the combination group were significantly better than that of diameter,Zhou Jingjun group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early use of the bone treatment instrument will play a role in the promotion of the collapse of closed fractures of the extremities.
