摘　　要：目的探讨新医改下大医院药房的建设模式。方法结合某医院药品物流智能一体化系统的建设,分析该系统启用前后的药房工作和药事服务等方面的变化。结果与结论药品物流智能一体化系统应用计算机信息、数据库、现代物流、自动发药等技术优化了库存管理,加快资金周转,降低药品管理成本,提高药品调配速度,减少药品调配差错,增加患者的满意度,提升了医院的美誉度。Objectiveto Discuss the construction mode of pharmacy in big hospital under the new healthcare reform.Methods Combined with the construction of the intelligent integration system of pharmaceutical logistics in a hospital,the influence of pharmacy work and pharmaceutical service before and after the system was analyzed.Result and Conclusion The application of intelligent logistics system integration medicine database,computer information, modern logistics,automatic drug delivery technology to optimize inventory management,accelerate cash flow,reduced the cost of drug management,improved the level of drug administration.At the same time,it increased the speed of drug dispensing,reduced drug dispensing errors,increased patient satisfaction,and enhanced hospital reputation.
