校园体育文化视角下的高水平运动队建设问题研究

摘　　要：党的"十八大"报告中明确提出:"广泛开展全民健身运动,促进群众体育和竞技体育全面发展。"体育是育人的重要组成部分,也是高等教育立德树人的重要手段,对于高校人才培养具有重要的意义。伴随着竞技体育改革的需要,1987年我国开启了试办普通高等院校高水平运动队"体教结合"新模式,经过30年高校高水平运动队的发展,现如今已由1987年的51所院校发展至272所院校。而且随着社会的进步和人们对物质文化需求的不断提升,人们对身体健康状况和自主体育锻炼也越来越重视。高校作为重要的人才培养基地,也越发意识到体育育人的重要性,并在不断加强校园体育文化的建设。高水平运动队是校园体育文化的重要组成部分,高水平运动队作为示范者、先锋队能够积极带动高校学生参与体育锻炼,促进大学生综合素质全面提升,推动高校体育教学改革和研究,推进"体教结合"模式的进程,为促进校园体育文化各项事业的发展起到了积极的作用。本文旨在探讨校园体育文化视角下的高水平运动队建设的相关问题,在繁荣和丰富校园体育文化的过程中,促进高校高水平运动队的建设与发展。The report to the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly puts forward that: "we should carry out fitness activities across the country and fully promote both recreational and competitive sports." Physical education is an important part of education and a significant method of fostering integrity of higher education, which matters for training personnel in colleges. With the development of reform of competitive sports, China started to make trial implementation on the new mode of "combining physical education and intellectual education together" of high-level sports team of colleges in 1987. After thirty years, the amount of the colleges developed from 51 in 1987 to 272 nowadays. Additionally, with social progress and increasingly material and cultural needs, people attach more and more importance to health conditions and purposely physical training. As a vital base for training personnel, colleges realize the importance of physical education more than ever, and constantly improve the physical culture on campus. High-level sports team is a significant part of the physical culture on campus as a leader and vanguard, which will actively encourage other students to make exercise, improving the comprehensive quality of college students in all aspects, encouraging reform and research on physical education of higher education, promoting the mode of "combining physical education and intellectual education together", and playing a positive role in enhancing all businesses of the physical culture on campus. This paper aims at discussing relevant issues on developing high-level sports team from the perspective of the physical culture on campus, and encouraging the development of high-level sports team of colleges during the process of flourishing and enriching the physical culture on campus.
