摘  要:传统竖孔混凝土砌块的众多缺点严重阻碍了砌块建筑的推广应用,本文提出一种新型横孔砌块。该砌块既保留了传统竖孔砌块的优点,又能弥补其不足。针对新型横孔空心砌块的实践应用,做了一系列关于砌块墙体热工性能的计算研究。以有限差分法为基础,建立了基于二维稳态数值模拟热阻计算方法,编制了Matlab程序计算得到了新型横孔砌块热阻值。最后将数值模拟计算值、试验实测值和规范计算值进行了对比分析,提出了分别适用于科学研究和工程设计的热阻计算方法,对横孔空心砌块的实践应用具有较大的工程指导意义。Many shortcomings of the traditional vertical hole concrete block has seriously hindered the popularization and application of block building, puts forward a new type of horizontal hole building block not only retains the advantages of the traditional vertical hole block, and can make up for its shortcomings. According to the practice application of a new type of horizontal hole hollow block, a series of calculation on the thermal performance of block wall. On the basis of finite difference method, calculation method was established based on the numerical simulation of two-dimensional steady heat resistance, a Matlab program is made to calculate the new cross hole thermal resistance of the block. Finally, the numerical simulation calculation, and standard calculation values are compared and analyzed the experimental values presented were applied to the study of science and Engineering The design and calculation method of thermal resistance, has great guiding significance in engineering practice application of horizontal hole hollow block.
