北齐灭亡原因新论——以怀朔勋贵子弟军中地位为中心

摘　　要：斛律光、段韶等少数怀朔勋贵子弟,掌握着北齐军队主力晋阳九州军士的控制权。他们在北齐皇帝与宗王权力斗争中,支持主张维持军政分权的宗王,是影响北齐政局的重要势力。在北齐皇帝恩倖屠戮斛律光、极力控制军队的形势下,怀朔勋贵子弟大多蜕化为只顾自己权益,听命皇权的军功寄生官僚。为防止怀朔勋贵子弟和宗王联合再掌军权,即便面临亡国危险,高纬和恩倖仍频频打压怀朔勋贵子弟和宗王,成为北齐灭亡的重要原因。北周灭齐是对怀朔勋贵子弟政治、经济及社会关系的沉重打击,使其群体无法再作为对政局有影响的政治势力而存在,消失在周隋之际中国统一的大潮中。Huluguang,Duan Shao and a few HuaiShuo aristocratic children,holding the Northern Qi Jinyang military sergeant control.In the struggle between the emperor and the kings,they supported the sovereign principals who advocated the maintenance of military and political decentralization and were the important forces influencing the political situation.In the Northern Qi emperor traitor killing of the law,trying to control the situation of the army,they degenerated into their own rights and interests,listen to the imperial power of the military bureaucrats.Even facing the danger of subjugation,Gaowei and traitor is still frequently suppressed them and King,an important reason for the demise of the Northern Qi Dynasty.The Northern Zhou Dynasty was a heavy blow to the political,economic and social relations of them,so that their groups could no longer exist as political forces influencing the political situation and disappeared in the tide of China＇s reunification.
