贫困文化改造视域下的农村贫困大学生就业观重塑

摘　　要：贫困文化作为一种亚文化,在我国农村贫困地区一定范围内存在。贫困文化对曾经长期生活在其中的农村贫困大学生的就业观念、就业行为将产生深刻的影响。高校就业创业教育与农村贫困大学生固有的贫困文化之间存在着沉沦与改造的关系。因此,充分发挥教育对贫困文化的改造作用,充分整合高校各类教育资源,形成合力,为农村贫困大学生的成功就业、积极创业提供文化支持。As a subculture,poverty culture exists in a certain range of rural poverty-stricken areas in China.For those rural impoverished students who have lived in poverty-stricken area for certain period of time,poverty culture can make a profound impact on them in both employment concept and behavior.There is a relationship between the employment of entrepreneurship education and the impoverished culture of impoverished college students,which is in the form of sinking or transforming.Therefore,giving full play to the role of education on the transformation of poverty culture and full integration of various types of educational resources in colleges and universities,we can actually form a concerted effort to promote the impoverished students＇employment and provide cultural support to active entrepreneurship.
