综合护理干预对心胸外科术后患者排痰效果、肺部感染的影响价值评估

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对心胸外科术后患者排痰效果、肺部感染的影响。方法 100例心胸外科术后患者,采取计算机随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组排痰有效率为96%,明显高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺部感染发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胸腔引流时间、重症加强护理病房(ICU)治疗时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心胸外科手术患者采取综合护理干预措施,可有效促进其术后排痰,减少肺部感染的发生,有利于促进术后恢复,改善其术后生活质量。Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on expectoration effect and pulmonary infection in cardiothoracic surgery patients. Methods A total of 100 cardiothoracic surgery patients were divided by computer random number grouping into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher expectoration effective rate as 96% than 82% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of pulmonary infection than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had shorter chest drainage time, intensive care unit（ICU） treatment time, hospitalization time than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher quality of life score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with cardiothoracic surgery, comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote postoperative expectoration and reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection. It is beneficial to promote postoperative recovery and improve their postoperative quality of life.
