摘　　要：对LED灯管光扩散涂层所用材料的发展历史进行了简要回顾,对涂层用粘结剂材料、光扩散剂材料的最新进展进行了总结和评价,对工艺过程中的重点技术如涂料的p H值控制、干燥交联反应、积粉处理等从理论层面进行了分析,对涂层的各种检测试验方法进行了详细地论述。The development history of diffusion coating materials used for LED tubes was reviewed briefly. And then the latest progress of the binder and diffusion materials in the coatings were summarized and evaluated. Moreover, the key techniques in the coating process, such as pH control, cross linking reaction drying and powder deposition treatment, were theoretically analyzed. Finally, several testing methods for the diffusion coating were introduced in detail.
