摘 要:通过一个电磁兼容问题改善实例对印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)布板走线出现电磁干扰的原因进行简单分析,提醒电子设计人员在设计阶段增加电磁兼容(EMC)设计的意识,并对传统的PCB设计和EMC测试流程提出了增加PCB仿真分析手段,把电磁兼容风险控制在设计阶段的思考。在提高设计效率,缩短开发周期,提高客户满意度,降低研发成本方面提出了解决方向。This paper tried to analyze the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problems of PCB layout design according to an improvement case. Its aim is to remind the electronic designers to increase their sense of EMC on the design step. Meanwhile, in order to control the risk on this step, PCB simulation should be added in the process of PCB design and EMC tests. The solutions to improve design efficiency and shorten development period, as well as increase customer satisfaction and reduce research cost were proposed.
