摘　　要：人诺如病毒（Norovirus,NoV）是单股正链的RNA病毒,它是引起全球急性胃肠炎流行和暴发的主要病原体之一,目前已经受到越来越多的关注.由于缺乏合适和成熟的动物模型和体外细胞培养模型,人们对人诺如病毒的流行病学及其基因变异特征的研究较多,但对于病毒的生物学特性、病毒编码蛋白的功能特征及病毒感染和致病机制知之甚少.本文简要总结了诺如病毒非结构蛋白的研究进展,并期望随着最近人诺如病毒体外细胞培养模型的突破,为进一步开展人诺如病毒非结构蛋白的功能研究提供借鉴.Norovirus （NoV）,a single stranded RNA virus,is the major causative agent of the global acute gastroenteritis in humans,and it has drawn more and more attention.Because of the lack of appropriate animal models and in vitro cell culture models,people have studied and understood more about the epidemiology and genetic variation of human viruses.The functional characteristics of the viral encoded protein and the pathogenesis of virus infection are poorly understood.In this paper,we summarize the progress in studies on characteristics of non-structural protein of norovirus,and hope that with the recent breakthrough in human cell culture model of human norovirus,it can be used as a tool for further research on the function of human norovirus non-structural protein.
