全程优质护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨全程优质护理在乳腺癌患者围手术期的应用体会。方法选择2016年1~5月本院实施常规护理模式的40例乳腺癌患者作为对照组;选择2016年6~12月本院在常规护理基础上实施全程优质护理服务模式的42例乳腺癌患者作为观察组。比较两组患者围手术期的心率、血压变化情况、疼痛情况、焦虑情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者麻醉前血压及心率分别为(125.5±5.2)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、(72.0±3.0)次/min,对照组患者麻醉前血压及心率分别为(143.1±3.6)mm Hg、(89.0±4.0)次/min,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉前及术后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.2%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者围手术期实施全程优质护理服务模式,特别是心理护理,有助于缓解患者不良情绪,而且提高了手术安全性及患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the application experience of whole course high quality nursing in perioperative period of breast cancer patients. Methods There were 40 breast cancer patients receiving conventional nursing from January to May 2016 as control group, and 42 breast cancer patients receiving whole course high quality nursing from June to December 2016 as observation group. Comparison were made on changes of heart rate, blood pressure, pain, anxiety and nursing satisfaction between the two groups during the perioperative period. Results The observation group had blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia respectively as（125.5±5.2） mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa） and（72.0±3.0） times/min, which were（143.1± 3.6） mm Hg and（89.0±4.0） times/min in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score before anesthesia and after operation than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower postoperative visual analogue scale（VAS） score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfactory as 95.2% than 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of whole course high quality nursing in perioperative period of breast cancer patients, especially the psychological nursing, help to alleviate the negative emotions of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction of patients and operation safety. It is worthy of popularization and application.
