项目管理和标准操作程序在清洗牙科手机中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨项目管理和牙科手机标准操作程序（SOP）在牙科手机清洗中的应用.方法 消毒供应中心与口腔科联合成立项目管理组,为牙科手机功能检测及使用后的各项处理流程制作SOP;将2015年常规清洗管理的牙科手机140件清洗情况作为对照组,2016年实施项目管理和SOP管理后的牙科手机150件作为实验组,比较牙科手机的清洗不合格率.结果 对照组和实验组清洗不合格率分别为17.47%和3.54%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=1185.59,P＜0.01）.结论 运用项目管理和牙科手机清洗SOP管理,能明显降低清洗不合格率,降低手机功能损耗率和损耗带来的经济支出.Objective To study the application of project management and standard operation procedure （SOP） in the cleanness of dental handpieces.Methods Sterile and supply center and stomatology department set up a joint project management team to formulate SOP for the functional detection of dental handpieces and the process flow af-ter the use of dental handpieces. The cleaning condition of 140 routine cleaning dental handpieces in 2015 by the way of regular cleaning and management was chosen as a control group, at the same time, the cleaning condition of 150 dental handpieces which were given the project management and SOP management in 2016 was taken as a experimental group. Their unqualified rate of cleaning were compared.Results The unqualified rate of the control group and the experimen-tal group were 17.47% and 3.54% respectively, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （χ2=1185.59, P〈0.01）.Conclusion The application of project management and SOP management on dental hand-pieces can obviously reduce the unqualified rate of cleaning and the attrition rate of the dental handpieces and the eco-nomic costs followed has been reduced obviously as well.
