穴位贴敷结合手法按摩在脑梗死口咽部功能康复训练中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位敷贴按摩护理方法对脑梗死康复期功能恢复的影响.方法 随机选取该院2015年3月~2016年10月脑梗死康复期有口咽部护理问题的患者86例,分为实验组和对照组各43例.对照组在康复期行常规康复护理,实验组予穴位贴敷结合手法按摩康复训练.应用吞咽功能障碍的评估（VFSS）对吞咽功能评分、功能性语言沟通能力检查法（CFCP）评价患者沟通能力改善情况及对比康复有效率的变化.结果两组参数进行干预前,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后,两组的VFSS、CFCP评分较治疗前均有显著提高,实验组提升明显高于对照组,且有效率显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 穴位贴敷结合手法按摩在脑梗死康复训练对脑梗死后吞咽功能恢复及改善运动性失语患者的言语功能有积极作用,提高了患者的生活质量,能有效提高护理人员的护理水平.Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage nursing method on the recovery of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 cases of cerebral infarction convalescence patients with orophary-ngeal nursing prob-lems were randomly selected and were divided into experimental group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine rehabilitation nursing during the rehabilitation period, while the experimental group was given acupuncture therapy combined with massage rehabilitation training. The assessment of swallowing dysfunction （VFSS） was used to evaluate the swallowing function. The improvement of communication ability of patients was evalu-ated by CFCP and the changes in the efficiency of the rehabilitation of patients was compared.Results Before interven-tion, the differences of VFSS and CFCP scores of the two groups were not statistically significant（P＆gt;0.05）. While af-ter intervention, the VFSS and CFCP scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the effectiveness rate was significantly better than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint sticking combined with massage plays an active role in cerebral infarction rehabilitation training for swallowing functional recovery after cerebral infarction and the improvement of speech function of patients, which improves the quality of life of patients and can effectively improve the level of nursing care.
