摘　　要：盆腔淋巴囊肿是盆腔淋巴结清扫术后常见并发症。尽管部分淋巴囊肿无明显临床表现,但有些淋巴囊肿可能继发感染或持续增大,导致周围血管、器官出现压迫症状,严重影响患者术后的生活质量及肿瘤的后续治疗。该文就妇科恶性肿瘤盆腔淋巴结清扫术后并发淋巴囊肿及感染的术中预防及有效治疗措施进行综述。Pelvic lymphocyst is one of common postoperative complications of lymphadenectomy.Although a large number of postsurgical lymphocyst remain asymptomatic,some lymphocyst may give rise to secondary infection or continue to enlarge,eventually causing compression of surrounding organs or vessels.Pelvic lymphocyst seriously affects life quality of postoperative patients and follow-up treatment.In this paper,we reviewed the measures of intraoperative prevention and effective treatments for pelvic lymphocyst after lymphadenectomy of gynecological malignant tumor.
