穴位注射中医综合疗法改善腰椎间盘突出患者生活质量的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射中医综合疗方案对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例LDH患者随机分为治疗组和观察组,各60例。治疗组采用穴位注射加中药离子导入、按摩手法治疗,对照组采用腺苷钴胺肌肉注射加塞来昔布胶囊口服。两组治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组总有效率为91.53%,对照组为77.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量方面,两组治疗前各项指标改善情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康均显著升高,此外治疗组活力显著提高,与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间对比显示,治疗组治疗后生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以穴位注射为主的中医综合治疗方案能提高LDH患者的生活质量,且较西医对照治疗方案优势明显。Objective To observe the effects on quality of life（QOL） in the patients of lumber disc herniation（LDH） treated with comprehensive Chinese medicine hospital of acupoint injection. Methods A total of 120 LDH patients were randomized into a treatment group and an observation group,60 cases in each one. In the treatment group,the acupoint injection was used in combination with herbal medicion ion penetration therapy and tuina therapy. In the control group,the intramuscular injection of cobamamide and oral administration of celecoxib capsule were adopted. At the end of 2 courses of treatment,the clinical therapeutic effects and the improvements in life quality were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 91. 53% in the treatment group and was 77. 27% in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0. 05）. Regarding the QOL,the difference in every index was not significant before treatment between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. After treatment,physiological function,somatic pain and general health were all increased remarkably in the two groups. The vitality in the treatment group was improved significantly as compared with that before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The intra-group comparison indicated that the physiological function,somatic pain,general health and vitality in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group after treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive Chinese medicine therapy of acupoint injection improves the QOL in the LDH patients and has the superior advantages as compared with western medicine control treatment.
