摘  要:目的研究还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)脂质体凝胶剂抗黄褐斑形成的作用。方法将56只小鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,静脉注射对照组,外用阳性药物组(壬二酸对照组),还原型GSH脂质体凝胶剂高、中、低剂量组(简称GSH低、中、高剂量组),除空白组外,其余组别采用中波紫外线照射法复制小鼠黄褐斑动物模型。造模后静脉注射对照组给予等剂量GSH生理盐水溶液,壬二酸对照组给予壬二酸2 ml/(d·只),GSH高、中、低剂量组分别给予不同浓度的还原型GSH脂质体凝胶剂,空白组和模型组不作治疗。治疗8周后进行取材,测定肝脏和受试皮肤中SOD、MDA含量情况。结果与空白组相比,模型组小鼠受试皮肤和肝脏中SOD活性降低,MDA含量明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GSH高、中剂量组,壬二酸对照组与模型组相比,小鼠受试皮肤和肝脏中SOD活性升高,MDA含量明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽脂质体凝胶剂中、高剂量能够极显著地淡化小鼠背部灰褐色斑块,表明还原型谷胱甘肽脂质体凝胶剂的中、高剂量组具有显著的祛斑作用,且优于壬二酸祛斑效果,且相对静脉注射方法更方便。Objective To study the effects reduced glutathinon liposome gel(GSH) on anti-chloasma. Methods A total of 56 mice were randomized into a blank group,a model group,a venous injection control group,a positive drug group(azelaic acid control group),a low-dose GSH group,a middle-dose GSH group and a high-dose GSH group). Except the blank group,the middle wave ultraviolet radiation was adopted to duplicate mice models of chloasma. After modeling,the drug treatment was given in the intravenous injection control group,azelaic acid was given in the azeaic acid control group,2 ml a day for each mouse.GSH of different concentrations were given in the low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose GSH groups separately. No treatment was applied in the blank group and the model group. The samples were collected at the end of week 8 treatment. The levels of SOD and MDA were detected in the liver and the examined skin. Results Compared with the blank group,SOD activity in the liver and the examined skin was reduced and the MDA level was increased apparently in the model group,indicating the significant difference(P〈0. 05).Compared with the model group,in the high-dose and middle-dose GSH groups and the azeaic acid control group,SOD activity was increased and MDA level reduced apparently,indicating the significant differences(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The GSH of the middle dose and high dose remarkably reduced the taupe patches on the mice. It is indicated that GSH of the middle dose and high dose has remarkable effects on the treatment of chloasma and it is superior to azeaic acid and more convenient in operation corresponding to intravenous injection.
