摘 要:为研究水泥树脂复合材料和PP纤维增强树脂混凝土这两种新型树脂基矿物材料机床基础构件的静态特性及应用,以某企业某型号卧式车床为原型,运用Catia软件建立三维机床实体模型并完成前处理;利用典型工况下的各项工艺参数计算求出对应载荷并折算加载于床身。随后,通过有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS Workbench15.0完成对该型机床床身的静力结构分析。研究了实际工况中,机床受静力结构载荷下的静态特性参数与各参数云图。最后,结合传统铸铁材料床身特性和实验验证,对比分析探讨了2种不同成分树脂矿物材料机床的静态力学性能。In order to study the static characteristics and application of the two kinds of new resin-based mineral mate-rials, the cement resin composites and the PP fiber reinforced resin concrete are used to study the static characteristics and application of the machine tool foundation of a certain type of horizontal lathe. Pre-processing;the use of typical operating conditions under the calculation of the corresponding parameters calculated and converted into the bed load. Then, through the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench15.0, the static structure analysis of the ma-chine bed is completed. The static characteristic parameters and the parameters of the machine under static load are studied. Finally, combined with the characteristics of traditional cast iron bed and experimental verification, the static mechanical properties of two kinds of resin mineral materials were analyzed and compared..
