摘　　要：将邮轮公司效率分为运营阶段效率和销售阶段效率两阶段模型,应用超网络SBM模型评价2005—2014年世界三大邮轮公司——嘉年华邮轮公司、皇家加勒比邮轮公司和云顶香港公司的总效率和分阶段效率.结果表明:2005—2014年,邮轮公司的总效率基本呈上升趋势;销售效率高于运营效率,但运营效率对总效率的影响更大.最后,从投入产出角度对邮轮公司提出相关建议.In this paper, the efficiency of cruise line was di- vided into two stages model as operations stage and sales stage. By using the super network SBM model, the total effi- ciency and staged efficiency of the world＇ s three major cruise companies, namely, Carnival cruise lines, Royal Caribbean cruise lines and Genting Hongkong company were evaluated from 2005 to 2014. Results show that the overall efficiency of cruise companies is on the rise during 2005 -2014. Sales ef- ficiency is higher than operation efficiency, but operation efficiency has more influence on total efficiency. Finally, some recommendations from the input-output perspective are proposed.
