摘 要:根据油田封井堵塞器的需求,将油田机械中过小孔油管堵塞器与液压技术相结合,设计一种新型微小内啮合渐开线齿轮泵。介绍了该新型微小内啮合渐开线齿轮泵的结构组成及工作原理,提出设计的创新之处及其功能;确定了泵的主要设计参数,利用有限元分析软件建立主要受力零件——壳体和齿轮的数值计算模型,进行强度仿真计算;根据泵的设计参数,利用ANSYS有限元建立流体模型与ANSYS ICEM CFD进行泵的内部流场仿真,最后确定关键零件加工工艺并制造实验样机,通过实验验证该泵的空载和有载工况下的容积效率、总效率等指标,结果表明该泵能够满足设计要求。According to the requirement of plugging device in oilfield,we design a novel miniature internal involute gear pump by combining the mechanical pipe packer in oilfield and the hydraulic technology. Firstly,the structure and the working principle of the new gear pump are introduced,and the innovations and the functions are put forward. Then we determine the main design parameters of the pump. The simulation models of the main stressed parts-shell and gears,are established by a finite element analysis software,and the strength simulation is analyzed.According to the design parameters of the pump,the software ANSYS is used to establish the fluid model,and we simulate the internal flow field of the pump by ANSYS ICEM CFD. Finally,we analyze the key parts' processing technology and process an experimental prototype. We verify the indicators such as volumetric efficiency and total efficiency of the pump under load and no load conditions by experiments. The results show that the pump can meet the design requirements.
