摘　　要：宁夏回族山花儿作为首批国家级非物质文化遗产,受到宁夏回族自治区政府以及相关部门的高度重视,采取了一系列保护措施。文章论述了保护传承宁夏回族山花儿的多种方式,主要有出台相关政策、坚持连续举办西部民歌(花儿)歌会、创建花儿网站、创编花儿歌舞剧、推广教育传承活动等。The folk-Hua＇er in Ningxia as the first batch of state-level non-material cultural heritage, hasbeen attached great importance by the regional government and related departments, it has adopted a series ofprotective measures. For many years in succession, main relevant policies has been issued, festivals of singingHua＇er have been held, its website established, song and dance drama related to Hua＇er have been creatededucation inheritance activities have been sponsored.
