甘肃祁连山国家级自然保护区林地质量评价及利用规划研究

摘　　要：根据国家林业局《林地保护利用规划林地落界技术规程》附录B林地质量等级评定方法,利用祁连山自然保护区森林资源现状调查资料,对保护区林地质量等级综合评价。在保护区812 969.11hm^2林地中,林地质量等级为Ⅱ级的林地3 068.45hm^2,占林地总面积的0.35%;Ⅲ级面积483 833.07hm^2,占59.51%;Ⅳ级面积288 169.95hm^2,占35.45%;Ⅴ级面积37 897.64hm^2,占4.66%。林地质量等级为Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的林地占绝大部分,二者合计达94.96%。通过加强保护和封山育林、适当造林、有害生物防治,调整林地树种结构、龄组结构,提升林地生产力。According to the evaluation method of forest land quality grade from the appendix B of Technical Regulations for Defining Forest Land Border in Forest Land Planning on Protection and Utilization issued by the State Forestry Adminis- tration of the People＇s Republic of China and using the forest resources investigation data of Qilian Mountains National Nature Reserve, the forest land quality grade was comprehensive evaluated. The results show that from the 812 969.11 hm^2 forest land, the II level forest land is 3 068.45 hm^2 , 0.35% of the total area of forest land; The III level is 483 833.07 hm^2 ,59.51% ; The IV level is 288 169.95 hm^2 ,35.45% ;The V level is 37 897.64 hm^2 ,4.66% and the most part are III and IV level, they add up to 94.96%. The method of improve forest land productivity in this area is put for- ward, they are strengthen the protection and closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation, appropriate afforestation, forest pest control, adjust the structure of forest tree species and the age group structure.
