摘 要:目的探讨肝脂酶(LIPC)基因rs3829461多态性与甘油三酯(TG)之间的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测160例高甘油三酯(HTG)组和318例TG水平正常对照组LIPCrs3829461基因型,并探讨其与血脂水平的关系。结果 (1)HTG组该位点与对照组的基因分布频率分别为81.88%、17.50%、0.67%,对照组分别为82.39%、16.98%、0.63%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)HTG组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白水平低于对照组,而总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、TG、载脂蛋白(apo)A1、apoB明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)按性别分层,HTG组男性CC型HDL-C明显低于对照组,TC、TG、apoA1、apoB明显高于对照组;HTG组男性CT-C+TT型TC、TG高于对照组;HTG组女性CC型HDL-C低于对照组,TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB高于对照组;HTG组女性CT+TT型HDL-C低于对照组,TC、TG、apoB高于对照组。多因素Logistic回归分析LIPCrs3829461基因多态性不是高TG水平的危险因素。结论 LIPCrs3829461基因多态性与高TG水平无相关性。Objective To investigate the association between the SNP rs3829461 within the hepatic lipase(LIPC)gene,and serum Triglyceride.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with hyper triglyceridemia and318 patients normal triglyceridemia were enrolled in the present study.Genotyping of rs3829461 was performed by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results(1)The allele frequencies of rs3829461 showed no significant difference between HTG and TG groups.The frequencies of CC,CT,TT were 81.88%,17.50%,1.67%in HTG patients and 82.39%,16.98%,0.63%in normal TG,respectively(P>0.05).(2)The level of HDL-C,apoA1 was lower in HTG than those in normal TG group,whereas the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and apoB were higher in HTG group than those in normal TG group(P<0.05).(3)When stratified by sex,the level of HDL-C,apoA1 in male patients with genotype CC was much lower in HTG than those in TG groups,the level of TC,TG,apoB in male patients with genotype CC was higher in HTG than those in TG group,the level of TC,TG in male patients with genotype CT was higher in HTG than those in TG groups;the level of HDL-C in female patients with genotype CC was lower in HTG than those in TG groups,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C and apoB in female patients with genotype CC was higher in HTG than those in TG groups,the level of HDL-C in female patients with genotype CT was lower in HTG than those in TG groups,the level of TC,TG,apoB in female patients with genotype CT was higher in HTG than those in TG groups.However,there was no significant difference between the SNP and serum lipid in male patients(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that the rs3829461 polymorphism genotype was not susceptive to HTG.Conclusion Our data suggested that the polymorphism of rs3829461 was not associated with HTG.
