摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出SrFe_(0.7)Cu_(0.2)Mo_(0.1)O_(3-δ)(SFCM)阴极粉体及Ce_(0.9)Gd_(0.1)O_2(CGO)电解质粉体,并将二者以质量比为7∶3的比例进行机械研磨,得到SFCM-CGO复合阴极。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料进行性能表征。结果表明:复合材料在800℃下煅烧1h后未发生任何化学反应,且与电解质接触良好。将阴极SFCM和复合阴极SFCM-CGO分别在电解质CGO上组装成三电极体系半电池,采用交流阻抗法和线性扫描法测试不同温度下的电化学性能。结果如下:随着测试温度的升高,两种半电池的电化学性能均有所提高;700℃时,半电池SFCM-CGO/CGO的面积比界面电阻为0.364Ω·cm2,明显小于半电池SFCM/CGO的面积比界面电阻1.062Ω·cm2;相同温度下,电压为0.8V时,半电池SFCM-CGO/CGO的极化电流密度为0.418A·cm-2,比半电池SFCM/CGO的极化电流密度高出0.236A·cm-2。SrFe0.7Cu0.2Mo0.1O3-δ(SFCM)cathode material and Ce0.9Gd0.1O2(CGO)electrolyte material were synthesized by sol-gel method.SFCM-CGO composite cathode was prepared by mechanical milling method,and the weight ratio of SFCM and CGO was 7∶3.The properties of SFCM and CGO were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)technique.After sintered at 800℃for 1 h,there were no reaction between the cathode material SFCM and the electrolyte material CGO from the XRD results.SEM results showed that the composite electrode formed good contact with CGO.SFCMCGO and SFCM were painted on the electrolyte CGO to make the half-cells with three-electrode system,respectively.The electrochemical properties of SFCM/CGO and SFCM-CGO/CGO half-cells were tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and liner sweepvoltammetry(LSV)method.Results showed that the properties of the half-cells performed better as the testing temperature increasing.According to results at 700℃,the area-specific interface resistance of SFCM-CGO/CGO was 0.364Ω·cm2,much lower than that of SFCM/CGO,which was 1.062Ω·cm2;The current density of SFCM-CGO/CGO half-cell was0.418 A·cm-2,which was 0.236 A·cm-2 higher than that of SFCM/CGO half-cell,when the voltage is 0.8 Vat 700 ℃.
