摘　　要：以互联网技术为突破口的新媒体迅速普及,高校学报的传统出版模式面临冲击与挑战。论文分析了新媒体带来的出版模式变化、作者阅读习惯改变、学报传统传播途径单一等困境,提出在内容为上的基础上充分建立稳定的作者队伍,同时提高编辑队伍全媒体素质,改善新媒体服务功能的措施。Due to the rapid development of new media with Internet technology as breakthrough point,the traditional publishing mode of university journals is facing impact and challenge. This paper analyzes the plight of the new media,such as the change of publishing mode,the change of the author's reading habits,the traditional way of dissemination of journals and so on,putting forward the measures to build a stable team of authors,improve the quality of editorial staff and improve the service function of new media on the basis of content-oriented.
