养正消积胶囊防治原发性肝癌化疗毒副反应25例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养正消积胶囊对原发性肝癌患者化学治疗(简称化疗)期间毒副反应的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2016年6月收治的中晚期原发性肝癌患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组患者采用XELOX化疗方案治疗,观察组在此基础上加服养正消积胶囊。连续化疗2个周期(6周)。结果观察组患者的病情控制率为56.00%,与对照组的40.00%无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者化疗后均出现白细胞、血红蛋白和血小板减少,且观察组患者各指标水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均出现恶心呕吐、腹泻、周围神经毒性和嗜睡等毒副反应,且观察组发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);化疗后,观察组患者的物质生活、躯体健康、心理健康及社会功能4个维度生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊能有效减少原发性肝癌患者的化疗毒副反应,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Yangzhengxiaoji Capsules on toxic and side effect during chemotherapy in patients with primary liver cancer. Methods Totally 50 patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with XELOX chemotherapy treatment,on this basis,the observation group was given Yangzhengxiaoji Capsules. The two groups were given 2 cycles （6 weeks） of continuous chemotherapy. Results The disease control rate of the observation group was 56. 00%,which was not significantly different from 40. 00% of the control group（P 〉 0. 05）. After chemotherapy,the white blood cells, hemoglobin and thrombocytopenia were decreased in the two groups,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The toxic and side effect such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,peripheral neurotoxicity and drowsiness were found in the two groups,and the incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. After chemotherapy,the scores of 4 dimensions （ material life,physical health,mental health and social function ） of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yangzhengxiaoji Capsules can effectively reduce the toxic and side effect of chemotherapy in patients with primary liver cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
