摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者药物治疗中的作用,总结该类疾病用药经验。方法通过参与1例CAP患者的治疗,分析患者用药方案,选择抗感染治疗方案。结果与结论临床药师协助医师用药,可成功控制感染,充分发挥临床药师的作用,对CAP患者的药物治疗起到积极作用。Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacist in the drug treatment for patients with community acquired pneumo-nia （ CAP ） and summarize the medication experience of this disease. Methods Clinical pharmacist analyzed the medication regimen and selected the anti-infection treatment program by participating in the treatment for the patient with CAP. Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacists assisted physician on drug treatment can successfully control the infection, give full play to the role of clinical pharmacists, and play a positive role in the drug treatment of the patient with CAP.
