摘　　要：文章梳理了20世纪中期以来《黄帝内经素问》在东西方医学交流中的英译历史,详细分析了不同译本的内容、语言、类型及体例等信息,比较不同背景下东西方学者对《黄帝内经素问》翻译的异同和特点,并指出代表性译本翻译及其研究的特殊价值。为中医药名词术语的标准化、中医药典籍的对外交流以及中国文化"走出去"战略的实施提供借鉴和参考。This paper tries to disentangle the English translation history of the Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Classic Plain Questions（Huangdi Neijing Suwen） since the mid-20 th century. The content, languages, types and writing styles among its different versions are expanded respectively. And a comparison is made in terms of similarities,differences and features of different versions between eastern and western scholars with different academic backgrounds. Finally, the paper pinpoints the special value of the representative translation and its study,hoping to provide references and inspiration for the standardization of Chinese medical terminology,and for the export of Chinese medical classics as well as for the＂going out＂strategy of Chinese culture.
