回转反吹袋式除尘器改脉冲清灰的工程实践

摘　　要：泰钢不锈钢厂抛丸机除尘采用了四台回转反吹布袋除尘器作为除尘设备,使用一段时间后,发现除尘器清灰效果变差,反吹风机反吹无力,最终导致除尘系统完全失效,造成现场环境污染严重。通过简单地将除尘器回转反吹清灰改为脉冲反吹清灰后,问题得到了解决,同时也降低了反吹能耗。Taishan Stainless Steel Factory uses four sets of rotary blowback bag type dust collectors on shot blasting machine for removing the dust. After using a period of time,the result of dust cleaning got worse and the dryer blew weak,finally it led the dust removal system complete failure and made a serious environment pollution at work site.Simply by using the pulse cleaning instead of the rotary blowback dust removing,the problem was resolved and the energy consumption of blowback was reduced.
