摘 要:针对广泛应用于风力发电机变桨伺服中的交流感应电机,由于风机中变桨伺服电机受风力负载随机性的影响。风负载大小的变化会导致变桨交流感应电机的励磁电流无法满足系统的工作需求,不能使系统在期望的状态下正常运行。在转子磁场的定向矢量控制基础上,提出一种根据转矩电流估计外界负载,励磁电流以此跟踪负载变化,使电机的励磁电流可以满足实际工况需求,使电机在最佳状态下运行。实验结果验证了该方法的有效性和实用性,同时提高了系统的稳定性。In view of the AC induction motor which is widely used in the variable pitch servo of wind turbine generator,because the variable pitch servo motor is affected by wind load randomness,the wind load changes will lead the exciting current of variable pitch AC induction motor fail to meet the work requirement of system,can't make the system work under the running condition of expectations. On the basis of directional vector control of rotor magnetic field to propose an external load torque estimated by the torque current,thus the exciting current could track the load change,making the exciting current satisfy the actural working demand and having the motor run under the best situation. The test result verifies the validity and practicability of this method and it improves the stability of system.
