摘　　要：本文通过对某企业2000 m3压缩天然气球罐进行定期检验,介绍了球罐定期检验的检验方案,并强调了球罐焊缝无损检测要点,重点对检验过程发现的超标缺陷进行应力校核、分析、评价,并进行定级。根据检验情况,给出了首次定期检验未发现应记录缺陷而本次检验发现诸多表面宏观裂纹缺陷的主要原因。Through periodic inspection of 2000 m3 compressed natural gas spherical tank of a certain enterprise,this paper briefly introduces the inspection plan of regular spherical tank inspection and emphasizes the main points of non-destructive test（ NDT） of spherical tank weld. Besides,this paper mainly carries out the stress examination,the analysis and evaluation of unacceptable defects during inspection process and the grading as well. Based on the inspection condition,this paper finally states the main reasons why there were so many surface macro-crack defects shall be recorded which were found in this inspection but were ignored in the first regular periodic inspection.
