摘　　要：目的探讨医疗—患者—亲属三位一体护理干预在改善宫颈癌放疗患者预后效果及生活质量中的应用效果。方法分别将我院实施医疗—患者—亲属三位一体护理干预前后各收治的43例行放疗治疗的宫颈癌患者作为研究对象(分为试验组与对照组),对照组患者进行常规护理,试验组患者进行的护理模式为医疗—患者—亲属三位一体护理干预,比较2组护理效果。结果实验组患者放疗后,表现出恶心呕吐、白细胞和血小板计数下降、放射性直肠炎、放射性膀胱炎等发生率和对照组对比,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,和对照组对比,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量各项评分和对照组对比,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者护理总满意度,和对照组对比,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组干预后家庭亲密度、家庭适应性评分高于干预前和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗—患者—亲属三位一体护理干预能够有效防范宫颈癌患者放疗后并发症的发生,改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,提高护理满意度、家庭亲密度、家庭适应性,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of medical-patients-relatives nursing management on the quality of life in the patients with cervical cancer receiving radiation treatment.Methods Forty-three cases of patients with cervical cancer receiving radiation treatment were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The control group received traditional nursing.The experiment group received medical-patients-relatives nursing management.The nursing effects were observed.Results The rate of nausea and vomiting,white blood cells and platelets,radiation proctitis and ocystitis of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;The scores of SAS,SDS of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;The scores of quality of life of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;The nursing total satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of family cohesion,family adaptability of the experiment group were higher than those before treatment and of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It can effectively prevent the rate of complication of the patients with cervical cancer receiving radiation treatment by medical-patients-relatives nursing management,and it can improve the mental state and quality of life,increase the nursing satisfaction.It has high values of clinical application.
