摘　　要：论文质量是学术期刊影响力的基础,也是学术期刊立足和发展的根本。本文查阅大量文献的基础上,结合作者实际工作的体会和认识,从提升编辑人员专业素养和信息储备、提高学术期刊行业内的知名度,吸引高质量论文稿源、关注专业研究动态,了解前沿学术成果,有针对性约稿、严格把关,建立严格的审稿制度等几个方面,阐述了期刊编辑人员提高学术期刊论文质量,进而提升期刊影响力的几点体会。the quality of papers is the basis of academic journals influence , and also the foundation of academicjournals foothold and development.On the basis of reviewing a large number of literature, combined with theexperience of the practical work and understanding , this article expounds some experiences of periodical editors toimprove the quality of academic journal papers , and then enhance the influence of Periodicals , which is mainly fromenhancing editors professional quality and information reserve , improving the popularity of academic journals in theprofession , attracting high - quality thesis source , paying attention to professional research trends , understanding cutting-edge academic achievements , targeted draft, strict checks , establishinga strict review system and so on several aspects.
