摘  要:半伞式水轮发电机的推力轴承系统承载整个发电机组的轴向负荷。对推力轴承系统运行特性的精确计算是半伞式水轮发电机设计的关键技术之一。以某电站半伞式水轮发电机推力轴承为对象,对发电机推力系统主要运行参数进行了计算,对油膜厚度、油膜温度、油膜压力等运行特性进行了分析。所得结论可为同类型推力轴承系统的设计提供参考。The thrust bearing system of half-umbrella hydro generator bears the axial load of whole generator unit.The accurate calculation of operating characteristics of the system is one of the key techniques in design of half-umbrella hydro generator.Taking a thrust bearing of half-umbrella hydro generator in a Yunnan power station as a study object,the main operation parameters of the system were calculated,and the operation characteristics such as oil film thickness,oil film temperature and oil film pressure were analyzed.The obtained result can provide a reference for design of similar thrust bearing system.
