摘　　要：叙述三相异步电动机直流圆盘式电磁制动器的直流电源提供方式,对自整流电机的抽头接线和直流电压进行了阐述,明确电机制动器直流电源的提供和控制。同时说明制动器和整流电源使用和测试中应注意的问题,并对存在的故障隐患进行分析,提供解决方案。This paper introduces the DC power supply mode of DC disk type of electromagnetic brake for three-phase induction motor,describes the tap connection and DC voltage of self-rectification motor,and define the provision and control of DC power supply of motor brake.At the same time,the matters that should be paid attention in use and test of the brake and rectification power supply are explained,the hidden trouble of fault is analyzed,and the solution is provided.
