摘 要:针对目前高效电机在电磁负荷较低的情况下,有些规格电机的温升仍居高不下,对通风散热结构进行剖析,旨在通过改善通风散热,在维持能效指标的前提下提高电磁负荷,以达到既高效,又节省有效材料的目的。另外,对本行业普通采用的结构,如转子支架纵筋的数目,探讨改进的渠道;同时,抛出可供行业研讨的通风散热结构。Based on the current conditions of low electromagnetic load in high-efficiency motor and high temperature-rise in some of these motors,this paper analyzes its ventilation cooling structure.It aims to improve electromagnetic load in maintaining the index of energy efficiency by improving ventilation and heat dissipation,so as to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and saving effective material.In addition,for the ordinarily-adopted structure in this industry,such as the number of longitudinal bars of rotor spider,this paper discusses its improved channel,and simultaneously gives the ventilation cooling structure for industry research.
