摘　　要：当前,按照国办文件,今后一段时期内支付方式改革将成为医保的重要工作之一。而当前的研究更多集中于住院付费方式上,对于门诊付费方式缺乏研究,更缺乏国际经验研究。本研究将归纳当前国际上正在使用的基层普通门诊医疗服务付费方式和付费方式组合,总结发展规律,并提出对我国改革的建议。Currently, according to state council’s documents, payment reform will become one of the important works of health insurance. After literature review, those studies are focused on inpatient payment methods, while the research for outpatient payment methods is rare, especially the studies on the international experience. Hence, this study will summarize the current international application and portfolio of payment methods on outpatient services, and sum up the development law, then put forward some recommendations of China＇s reform.
