膝关节骨性关节炎患者股四头肌动员能力和肌力储备改变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节骨性关节炎患者股四头肌动员能力和肌力储备改变的临床状况。方法膝关节骨性关节炎患者43例为观察组,健康体检人员43例为对照组,均行股四头肌动员能力、肌力储备能力评定,并行疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果观察组股四头肌最大随意等长收缩相对肌力、肌肉动员能力低于对照组。观察组肌肉储备能力高于对照组。随着疼痛评分增加,Lysholm膝关节功能评分、股四头肌最大随意等长收缩相对肌力、肌肉动员能力降低,而肌肉储备能力增加(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者股四头肌动员能力降低,而肌力储备能力增加。Objective To investigate clinical condition of mobilization ability and muscle strength reserve changes of quadriceps femoris in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 43 patients with knee osteoarthritis were named as observation group. 43 healthy examinationpersonnel were named as control group. Mobilization ability and muscle strength reserve ability of quadriceps femoris were detected, while pain score and Lysholm knee function score were measured. Results Maximal voluntary isometric contraction relative muscle strength of quadriceps femoris, muscle mobilization capacity in observation group were lower than control group. Muscle strength reserve ability in observation group was higher than control group. With the increasing of pain score, Lysholm knee function score, maximal voluntary isometric contraction relative muscle strength of quadriceps femoris, muscle mobilization capacity decreased, while muscle strength reserve ability increased（P 0.05）. Conclusion Mobilization ability of quadriceps femoris decrease while muscle strength reserve ability increase in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
