摘　　要：目的研究胸部肿瘤放疗所致急性放射性肺炎的相关因素。方法选取我院收治的采取放射性治疗的胸部肿瘤患者116例,对胸部肿瘤放疗所致急性放射行肺炎的相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果本研究发生放射性肺炎患者均与患者的基础肺功能、肺V30以及放疗剂量等因素存在相关性。结论对相关胸部肿瘤患者实施放疗时应该充分考虑患者基础肺功能、肺V30以及放疗剂量等因素,避免造成放射性肺炎。Objective To study the related factors of acute radiation pneumonitis caused by radiotherapy for thoracic tumor. Methods 116 cases of thoracic tumor treated by radiotherapy in our hospital were selected, and the related factors of acute radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy for chest tumor were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients with radiation pneumonitis were related to the basal lung function, lung V30, radiation dose and so on. Conclusion The basic lung function, lung V30 and radiation dose should be taken into account in the radiotherapy of patients with thoracic tumors, so as to avoid radiation pneumonitis.
