锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨对胫骨下段骨折患者以锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2013年12月—2015年8月本院收治的32例胫骨下段骨折患者,患者年龄20~75岁,所有患者均应用锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗,术后对患者进行随访12~20个月,分析治疗效果。结果按Johner-Wruhs评分标准,优22例,良9例,中1例,差0例;优良率96.9%。本组患者平均愈合时间(15.3±2.1)周。结论锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗胫骨下段骨折固定可靠,创伤小,骨折愈合率高,功能恢复好,并发症少,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To study the clinical effect of locking plate fixation combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of the lower segment of tibial fracture. Methods 32 patients with lower tibial fractures were enrolled in this study from December 2013 to August 2015. Patients were aged 20 to 75 years old. All patients were treated with locking plate combined with MIPO. Patients were followed up for 12 to 20 months and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results According to Johner-Wruhs score, excellent in 22 cases, good in 9 cases, moderate in 1 case, poor 0 cases; excellent rate of 96.9%. The average healing time of this group of patients was（15.3 ± 2.1） weeks. Conclusion Locking plate combined with MIPO technology in the treatment of the lower segment of tibial fracture, has shorter healing time, low complications, excellent high rate.
