摘　　要：目的通过PDCA循环法,持续干预病房药品节余,以减少病房药品变质过期,促进药品管理提升,保障医疗安全。同时探索一个合理的药品结余模式,为政策制定和医院精细化管理提供参考。方法回顾分析2014—2015年病房药品节余的有关数据,运用PDCA循环法分析原因,并对其进行持续质量改进,使其达到一定合理程度。对比改进前后,节余药品品种、数量、药品相关不良事件例数、ST医嘱配送时间等指标。结果经PDCA循环法干预后,病房药品节余品种、数量、不良事件数量、ST医嘱配送时间等均显著降低,各项指标与干预前的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过干预病房药品节余,有效地减少病房药品变质过期,提升了药品管理,保障医疗活动安全,同时也为药房的改革提供一缕思路,值得探讨应用。Objective To investigate a reasonable model of drug balance and the protection of medical safety for providing a reference of policy development and hospital fine management through reducing the deterioration of the ward drug and promoting drug management by the model of PDCA cycle. Methods The relevant data of drug savings in ward from 2014 to 2015 was analyzed retrospectively. A reasonable degree of drugsavings was achieved through analyzing the causes and making continuous quality improvement by using the method of PDCA cycle. Some indicators including the varieties and quantity of saving drug, the occurrence of drugrelated adverse events, and the delivery time of ST doctor were compared after the model of PDCA cycle. Results Compared with the traditional method, the indicators of the varieties and quantity of saving drug, the occurrence of drug-related adverse events, and the delivery time of ST doctor were decreased significantly（P 0.05） after using the PDCA cycle method. Conclusion The intervention in the ward of drug savings can effectively ensure the medical safety and provide a series of ideas for the reform of the pharmacy, due to reducing the deterioration of the ward drug and enhancing the drug management, it is worth trying to apply.
