摘　　要：目的探讨影响住院患者留置静脉针依从性的因素。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对26名住院患者进行深入访谈。结果影响住院患者留置静脉针依从性的7个因素:(1)方便性;(2)舒适度;(3)费用;(4)认知程度;(5)护士因素;(6)既往经历;(7)使用意愿。结论临床静疗护理决策的制定和执行,应充分考虑影响患者留置静脉针依从行的因素,提高护理人员素养,做好患者宣教,为患者提供安全、舒适、可负担和便于接受的静脉治疗服务。Objective To understand the reasons for refusing indwelling intravenous catheter in inpatients, and to explore the factors influencing the compliance of indwelling catheter. Methods A phenomenological approach in qualitative research was used and a semistructure interview was conducted on 26 inpatients. Results The 7 influence factors in hospitalized patients with indwelling intravenous needle compliance were：（1） convenience;（2） comfort;（3） costs;（4） the cognitive level;（5） nurses factors;（6） previous experience;（7） use intention. Conclusion The factors influencing the compliance of patients with indwelling intravenous acupuncture should be fully considered in the formulation and implementation of clinical nursing decisions, by improving the quality of nursing staff, do a good job of patient education, to provide safe, comfortable, affordable and easy to receive intravenous treatment services for patients.
