综合护理干预联合四联药物治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染的患者给予四联药物治疗并给予综合护理干预的疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2017年6月门诊收治的400例HP阳性患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各200例。两组患者均给予四联疗法治疗,并给予一般常规护理包括心理护理、健康教育、用药指导、传播途径干预、饮食指导等,观察组给予综合护理干预,即在上述基础上增加两次电话随访,内容与一般护理相近,同时为患者解答治疗过程中出现的问题。治疗结束后观察并统计症状改善情况;治疗结束后1个月复查C13呼气试验,评价临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者反酸、嗳气、腹痛、呕吐等临床症状发生率均明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后观察组显效率为72.00%,对照组显效率为50.00%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预联合四联疗法治疗HP感染的患者,可以有效改善临床症状,提高HP根除率,提高治愈率,值得临床推广,临床普及价值高。Objective To investigate the curative effect of patients with helicobacter pylori（HP） infection in the treatment of quadruple therapy and the comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods A total of 400 patients with HP positive from March 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 200 cases. Two groups of patients were given quadruple therapy, and routine nursing care, which included psychological care, health education,medication guidance, transmission of intervention, diet guidance, and so on. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, that is, on the basis of the above, two times telephone follow-up were added. The contents was similar to the general care, which at the same time to answer the questions of patients while treatment process. After the end of treatment to observe and statistics the status of improved symptoms. A month later of the end of treatment to count the HP eradication rate. Results After treatment, the incidence of anti-acid, belching, abdominal pain, vomiting and other clinical symptoms of the two groups decreased significantly（P 0.05）. After treatment, the observation group was 72.00% efficiency, while the efficiency of the control group was 50.00%, and the comparison between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined quadruple therapy to treat patients with HP infection, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve HP eradicate rate, improve the cure rate, worthy of clinical promotion, clinical high popularization value.
