摘　　要：介绍了大规格高镁铝合金扁锭熔铸的关键技术,分析了试制过程中出现的主要质量缺陷并制定了对应措施。实施后生产出了合格的扁锭产品并形成了批量生产的工艺技术标准。In the paper, the key technology of melting ＆ casting for large.size aluminum alloy slab with high magnesium content is studied, and the main quality defects arisen in the process of the slab trial-pro-duction is analyzed and the corresponding measures are formulated. Then the qualified slab products are produced and the technology standard for batch production is formed by implementing the above meas-ures.
