摘　　要：基于OMS(order management system)系统,采用"流程化上报,审批入池"模式,实现了电网检修、省调机组检修计划年、月、周、日4个时间维度的一体化、全过程管控;综合考虑电网运行方式、主网停电检修计划、机组检修计划、负荷预测、供热电量预排等因素,实现了电力平衡智能计算、发电单元运行方式的全年滚动安排,满足电力体制改革初期动态电量管控、机组运行智能安排的实际工作要求。Based on OMS system, using the model of ＂streamline submitting, examination and approval＂, integrated whole process management on grid maintenance yearly, monthly, weekly and daily in Shanxi is implemented. Considering the operation mode,maintenance schedule, load forecasting and electric quantity for heating power, the platform implemented intelligent calculating about power balance and rolling schedule of power generation operation mode, which could meet the requirement of dynamic control of electric quantity and smart arrangement of power generation in early electric power system reform.
