摘 要:海洋平台桩腿外侧立管结构在海冰载荷直接作用下易发生强烈冰激振动响应,继而导致立管结构低周疲劳断裂破坏。提出了应用不规则锥体作为降低立管结构强烈冰激振动的方法,通过现场振动监测数据及数值计算分析表明,在工程实践应用中不规则锥体有效地降低了立管结构的冰激振动响应,避免了立管结构低周疲劳失效问题,从而也为平台结构外侧立管结构的抗冰振提供了一种参考方法。The strength failure and fatigue failure of riser structures might be easily caused by severe vibrations during ocean loads against on the outside riser of offshore platforms.Severe ice-induced vibrations and low-cycle fatigue of welding were observed on the outside riser of a platform in the Bohai Bay due to the ice action acting with the riser.An irregular cone was first proposed and installed on the riser in order to reduce ice-induced vibrations.The ice-induced vibration response of the riser was observed and recorded.The observed data and security analysis showed that the hot spot stress of the riser structure was lower than the fatigue limit stress.The security of the riser structure was greatly enhanced after installing the irregular cone.And it provides a reference for outside riser structures to reduce ice-induced vibrations.
