摘  要:要把气象传真图叠加在电子海图之类的导航仪器中,首先需要考虑将投影方式进行转变,然后再考虑将其他要素也分别显示于墨卡托投影图的其他仪器中。研究中首先考虑将传真图分成多个图层,如经纬度图层、文本图层、锋线图层和等压线图层等等。鉴于等压线的形状特异,考虑采用具有主动寻找轮廓线的snake模型进行跟踪,该模型能描述不同等压线之间能量差异性。需要考虑等压线的凹凸特点和删减多余节点并补齐缺少的节点,才能得到相应的等压线。最后把所有图层都合并,就得到符合墨卡托投影的矢量化气象传真图。To integrate the navigation instruments such as ECDIS with meteorological fax, the first thing that we shouldconsider is to change the way of projection, and then to display other elements by this instruments with a Mercator chart.First, the fax is divided into multiple layers according to their types, such as longitude layer, text layer, Front layer andisobars layers, etc. Due to the special shapes of isobars, the Snake model with active contour tracking is used. This modelcan describe the energy difference between isobars. Take the characteristics of convex isobars into consideration, deleteredundant nodes and add the missing nodes so as to obtain the corresponding isobars. Lastly, all the layers are merged andthe meteorological Fax chart is transformed into a vector chart in accordance with Mercator projection.
