摘　　要：通过对科技战略规划的研究,分析了当前企业创新发展中因缺乏知识产权运营经验导致的发展瓶颈,提出将"科技创新路径选择"与"专利技术成果转化和产业化"相结合,以"七步法专利分析运营"模式为主导的创新型科技发展战略模式,并进行实践性案例分析。Through the research of science and technology strategic planning, this paper analyzes the b o t t le -neck in the current innovation and development of enterprises due to the lack of operational experience of intellec-tual property. It proposes to combine ‘ path selection of science and technology innovation” and ‘ transformation and industrialization of patented technologies”. Proposed a strategic model of innovative science and technology led by the “ seven-step patent analysis and operation” mode,and conducted a practical case analysis.
