摘 要:实验以水稻种子为研究材料,来探究中性盐胁迫和碱性盐胁迫下种子萌发速率的变化.将待萌发的种子浸润在不同浓度的中性盐和碱性盐中.中性盐指NaC l与Na2SO4按物质的量比1∶1(摩尔比)混合.碱性盐是指Na2CO3与NaH CO3按物质的量比1∶1混合.将中性盐和碱性盐各溶解成六份各500 mL的不同浓度,观察、测定水稻种子在不同浓度盐胁迫下的萌发率、萌发指数、发芽势、简易萌发活力指数.实验结果表明种子的萌发率在不同浓度中性盐和碱性盐胁迫的影响下均下降.并且随着盐浓度的增加,水稻种子的萌发速率逐渐减少.In this experiment,oryzasativa as materials were used,to explore the change of seed germination rate under the neutral salt and alkaline salt stress.The germination of seeds were daced in different concentrations of neutral salt and alkaline salt.Neutral salt is NaCl∶.Na2SO4 1∶.1 (mol ratio)mixed.Alkaline salt is a Na2CO3∶.NaHCO3 1∶.1 (mol ratio) mixed.Neutral salt and alkaline salt dissolved into six copies of the 500 ml of different concentrations,oryzasativa seeds under different concentration of salt stress,germination rate,germination index and germination potential was sbserved and recorded.The results showed that the germination rate of seeds was decreased under different concentrations of neutral salt and alkaline salt stress,and the germination rate of oryzasativa decreased with the increase of the salt concentration.
